Rhonda was amazing from the very beginning. She knew that I had a quick timeline to sell and she helped me achieve that. We had good discussions about staging my home and she gave me many tips. She was understanding of the pressures I was under and helped me get through that without putting extra pressure on me. She advertised well and was present with the photographer. She made sure that I had many opportunities to show the house and also have open houses. She went above and beyond even offering to watch my dogs for the open houses! She catered to every need to make sure that things went smoothly. Then she helped me find my dream home! She even went with me to help decide the updates that I wanted to possibly add to the new home. She also came with me to meet the designer and spent 3 hours with me to assure that I didn't miss any topic that I may have forgotten about. I've worked with other Realtors before but she was by far the best that I've ever worked with. I'm very grateful for her!

I use a walker. Rhonda Fry happily loaded and unloaded it in her car after helping me get in and out of the car. She was very genuine and concerned for my disability. So much so that she expressed her concerns at the closing office because there was no handicap ramp close by and the only way to get to the office was to step up a BIG curb. I got up the curb with her help but Rhonda didn't want me to have to go down it with the fear of falling. Rhonda went out of her way to drive to the handicap ramp at the end of the street ( quite far away) walked back to get me, and walked with me to the car at the ramp. She also asked a couple of construction workers to please clear the way for me.

Rhonda Fry was truly a blessing from God for me in my difficult time of need in every way.. She is a GREAT realtor. Again, I would gladly recommend her ( and already have) without hesitation.
